
Our 20-hour Anger Management Program helps individuals understand anger, improve communication, and learn practical skills for managing emotions in healthier ways. Classes are interactive and focus on recognizing triggers, building self-control, reducing stress, and responding to conflict in constructive ways.
The program is taught by Fred Holliday, BSoc, CAM-1, Adult Educator, and/or Aiveen Martin, Certified Anger Management Instructor, and is designed to give participants real tools they can use to improve relationships, decision-making, and personal responsibility in everyday life.
