InsideOut Dad® Fatherhood and Parenting Classes

Being a dad takes patience, practice, and support. At Holliday Wellness Center PLLC, our InsideOut Dad® classes help fathers strengthen their parenting skills and build closer relationships with their children.

The curriculum includes 12 sessions lasting approximately two hours each, for a total of 24 hours. Through group discussions and practical activities, fathers learn about communication, managing emotions, child development, positive discipline, and working together with their child’s other parent. Developed by National Fatherhood Initiative® for incarcerated fathers, the program also offers six optional sessions focused on reconnecting with family and preparing for life after release. store.fatherhood.org
